Guest Cancellation Policy

At Snugstaff, we understand that plans may change, and flexibility is key. Guests have the option to cancel their bookings before moving into the property, subject to the host's specified cancellation policy. The cancellation policies are designed to provide both guests and hosts with a fair framework for managing changes.

Cancellation Periods

  • 7 Days Prior: Full refund will be issued.
  • 4 Days Prior: 50% of the booking total will be refunded.
  • 4 Days or Less: Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed.

It's important for guests to review and be aware of the host's specific cancellation policy for each property they plan to book.

Bespoke Accommodation Booking Policy

At Snugstaff, we understand that some clients may have specific preferences and requirements for their accommodation, and we are committed to providing personalised solutions to meet their needs. To accommodate clients who wish to remain private and have a bespoke accommodation tailored to them, we have established the following policy:

Client Privacy and Bespoke Requests:

Any clients who approach Snugstaff directly and express a desire for a bespoke accommodation tailored to their specific requirements will have their privacy respected. If you are a host on a monthly subscription model, we will pass your details on to them and the client can choose to contact you direct for future bookings should they wish.

Client-Specific Requirements Email:

Upon receiving a request for a bespoke accommodation from a client, Snugstaff will send out an email to all ideal hosts registered on our platform. This email will outline the client’s specific requirements and preferences for their stay.

Host Acceptance of Booking:

  • Hosts who receive the email outlining the client’s requirements, have the option to accept the booking based on their ability to meet the client’s needs.
  • By accepting the booking, host agrees to abide by the client’s specific requirements and any additional terms outlined.

Commission on Bespoke Bookings:

For bespoke bookings arranged directly with Snugstaff and accepted by a host, a commission of 10% will apply to the total booking amount, regardless of the pricing plan chosen by the host (subscription plan or commission plan). This is due to Snugstaff collecting payments via merchants and all associated costs.

Payment and Commission Deduction:

  • The commission will be deducted from the host's earnings before disbursing the remaining balance.
  • Hosts will receive payment for their services in accordance with Snugstaff's standard payment terms.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee:

Snugstaff is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work closely with both clients and hosts to facilitate a seamless booking experience.

By using Snugstaffs hosting services, hosts acknowledge and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. It's our commitment to providing flexible options that best suit your hosting needs.
