At Snugstaff, we value our partnership with hosts and strive to provide a transparent and fair pricing structure. Our commission policy is straightforward:
Commission Rate:
Snugstaff charges a 10% commission on the total booking price for each confirmed reservation made through our platform.
How It Works:
- When a guest makes a booking on Snugstaff, the total booking price is collected.
- Snugstaff will deduct a 10% commission from this amount.
- The remaining 90% of the booking price will be transferred to the host's designated payout account after the guest checks in.
Example:
- If the total booking price is £500, Snugstaff will retain £50 as a commission, and £450 will be paid out to the host.
Payout Schedule:
- Payouts are processed within 48 hours after the guest’s check-in.
Additional Notes:
- The 10% commission covers all services provided by Snugstaff, including marketing, payment processing, and customer support.
- There are no additional fees or hidden charges for hosts.
