The Story behind Snugstaff 

Hi, I'm Gemma Edens, the founder of Snugstaff. My journey into the world of corporate and contractor accommodation began with a simple idea: to make finding the right place for your team as easy and stress-free as possible. 

I obtained a wide set of skills following a career in the Royal Air Force, NHS and the Engineering industry. Following a redundancy, I launched a successful Short-Term let business which I grew to 4 properties. The idea for Snugstaff came about in 2022 with having a passion for helping people feel at home, I knew there was a better way to support businesses in need of quality accommodation and being completely fully booked, I turned to local hosts for a referral fee. 

Snugstaff was born out of my desire to create a service that not only meets but exceeds expectations. I personally oversee every aspect of the process, ensuring that each client receives the care and attention they deserve. For me, it’s not just about finding a place to stay—it’s about providing a space where your team can feel comfortable and supported and the bonus of being a host myself, I understand what kind of clientele is preferred and the length of stays.

I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built with our clients and the trust they place in us. At Snugstaff, we’re more than just a service provider; we’re a partner who’s here to make sure your accommodation needs are handled with the utmost care.
